With its contemporary the red steel vat imagined by Jean Nouvel, the property is equipped with a precision technical tool in a unique architectural environment. The new building is an eye-catcher, with its red walls overlooking the vineyard. On its façade, the sky and the vineyard respond to each other in a subtle play of reflections, while the six colours used symbolise the nuances of La Dominique wine. Château La Dominique wished to share its universe by opening a boutique and a restaurant, “La Terrasse Rouge”, which opens onto a unique panorama of surrounding estates. The Château’s restaurant proposes its visitors to make the experience last by tasting season’s specials made from the very best produce from southwest France.
