Storing

The value of a great wine lies in its ability to age and improve over time. The wines of Château La Dominique are exceptional whatever their age: from their early youth to their advanced age.

Service

Wine service is an art, and like any art it has rules that can be bent. It is often said that the ideal serving temperature is between 15 and 17 degrees. This is true, but not always.

Tasting

Drinking wine is not something to be done lightly. Depending on the age of the bottle, the methods differ.
